Individual Counseling

You may be seeking to explore aspects of your life you'd like to better understand and transform. Together, we’ll identify patterns in your decision-making and implement targeted strategies to create positive, lasting changes that lead to a safer, healthier, and happier life. I mostly work with adults and youth (age 16 and over) but case-by-case are considered.

Family and Couples Counseling

Family and couple relationships are sacred and require thoughtful attention to their unique dynamics. Through guided exploration and radical honesty, we’ll uncover patterns, build understanding, and foster deeper connections, allowing you to create a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling future together. Please note: For optimal results, family or couples’ sessions are best conducted in a neutral setting rather than the shared home.

Counseling for Men

Men often face unique challenges rooted in societal pressures of shame, blame, guilt and isolation. Through honest reflection and constructive dialogue, we’ll address these challenges and empower you to live with confidence and purpose.
