Why Integrated Wellbeing?
My name is Simon, and I’m glad you found your way to Integrated Wellbeing. This means you’re seeking help—a brave and commendable step. If this is your first step, well done! If you’re continuing your journey, welcome back.

I am a certified NLP Practitioner, Timeline Therapist, Life Coach, and a Certified Acceptance and Commitment Therapist. While I have extensive training in counseling, ACT, and NLP from accredited associations and have long been an advocate of transformational/transpersonal wellness, I am not a licensed psychologist. I coined the phrase, Transformpersonal© (2025) as an iteration of the transpersonal wellness architecture.

The Integrated Wellbeing model provides a safe space for everyone to explore and acquire the tools needed to manage life more effectively.

Integrated Wellbeing & You?
Integrated Wellbeing was created to offer alternative, affordable transpersonal psychological support. Through intentional reflection, radical honesty and adjustments to your beliefs/values and habits, you can harness purposeful knowledge that empowers you. Gaining self-awareness will enable you to manifest lasting, practical confidence and control over your life.

What is an Integrated Approach?
For You. For Knowing. For Change.
For You
An integrated approach involves techniques from multiple counselling and coaching orientations to treat a client’s problem. Integrative models believe that tailoring the approach to the individual achieves the most significant effects” (Cherry, K). By examining the differences outlined above, we can more clearly identify the framework of an integrated approach. The method combines elements of both counseling and coaching, adapting to your needs and moment within the goals. At times, we may use a counseling model to explore habits, patterns, beliefs, values, and decision-making, gaining insights that can then be applied to a structured coaching model when outlining and monitoring goals. Together, we will blend these techniques to offer comprehensive support, guidance, and assistance tailored to your personal growth and well-being.

Your unique circumstances may have shaped who you are today, but they do not define you. The same power you’ve used to make unhealthy decisions can be harnessed to make healthy, empowering choices.
Feelings of self-pity, shame, blame, and guilt are powerful. However, understanding these forces can free you from their negative energy:
-
Pity transforms into acceptance.
-
Confusion develops into commitment.
-
Shame evolves into accountability.
-
Blame shifts toward responsibility.
-
Guilt becomes agency.

For Knowing
By applying a solution-focused, radical honesty, empathetic approach and using a practical framework, you take on the role of an active caretaker of your life.

A reflective life—free from shame, blame, and guilt—is a life lived with dignity. Knowing yourself is liberating, allowing you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

A life powered by self-knowledge, rather than the weight of internal or external blame, shame, and guilt, is an informed and intentional life.

You can lead a good life, one that acknowledges the impact of your decisions on others—not because you must, but because you can.

For Change
Integrated Wellbeing guides you to actively apply a multi-method approach to identify and address areas of your life that need improvement. It’s a demanding and challenging process, but it’s designed for those who are ready to change—for those who seek a safer, healthier, and happier life.
